There was a clash in United Airlines flight number, which departed from Chicago to Louisville on April 9, 2017.  Before boarding, the United Airlines flight was overbooked.

As United Airlines have to put their member of staff on the plane, so they ask to cancel their plane in exchange for $400 US, a free hotel room and a flight the next morning. After the boarding was complete, they announced four passengers had to leave the plane.

Eventually, three of the passengers complied, and one refused. He was a physician and he has to meet his patients. When he says no to the United Airlines admin, he was forcefully yanked from the plane. The crisis started, when the video was recorded and thrived on social media.

In this case, the CEO’s of United Airlines apologized to his passengers through social media. But his apologized seems; he is doing just for the formality. His words lack of understanding and caring. It sounds for him what happened to his passengers don’t matter, and the people felt it.

As we all know, Dove is one of the famous personal care American brands. However, it is manufactured in several other countries like India, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, China, Iran, Israel, Pakistan, the Philippines and some others. The product is delivered in more than 150 countries. It manufactured products for men, women and babies.

However, on early May 2017, its ad went viral on social media. They made 7 different shapes and want to choose the bottle shape they are. On paper, it may look a good idea but the questions come up. Do I have to choose the bottle according to my size and shape?

The Pepsi Advertising

Pepsi launched a brand new advertising campaign featuring the popular celebrity Kendall Jenner. Within 48 hours the video had more than1.6 a million views on YouTube.

In the video, Kendall throws off her blond wig and runs away from a photo shoot and becomes part of a protest in the street. The grandest moment of the video is when Kendall handles a can of Pepsi to a police officer, who takes a sip and smiles at his partner.

The advertisement was immediately called “the best example of white and economic privilege” and was judged for underestimating demonstrations and serious social issues.  

Thereafter, Memes and jokes flourished all over social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Eventually, Pepsi from its official channels, and make a statement “Pepsi was trying to showing the global message of unity, peace, and understanding. We missed the mark, and we apologize.

Adidas apologize for the Email congratulating

Adidas sent an email to congratulate the runners by saying they “survived” the Boston Marathon this year.

The popular sports company which was the prime sponsor of the race sends an email with a subject as a header “Congrats! You Survived the Boston Marathon!’

The people called the message were poorly written and pathetic. In the year 2013, three people were killed and 26 injured in the Boston Marathon. And two of the survivors of that race survive in this race.

Eventually, Adidas apologized by mentioning, our intention was not that referring to the tragedy of 2013.

Failures and success is a common thing. We always learn something when we get failed. Perhaps, it happens to every people of the world because failures result the success or failure is the pillar of success. There’s always we learned a lot from the crisis.
