The former basketball player Stacy was born on 5 September 1979 in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. Tracing her origin to Canada, she acquired her education till high school from there. Stacy attended Thousand Islands Secondary School for her high-school education. Later she relocated to the United States for the better prospect of learning. She achieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.
