A STRONG earthquake has rocked Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city, with residents reporting being jolted awake by shaking from yet another tremor. This is the huge shake on the first month of 2019. More from Alaska is on way to report.
The magnitude 5.1 earthquake struck close to Point MacKenzie to the northwest of Anchorage at 4.45pm GMT (8.45am local time), according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).
